Deborah Quirk of Rutland, Vt. was selected as the winner of a prize package for two that includes a day at Saratoga Race Course, two VIP tickets to Elton John’s performance at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) on September 4, and a two-night stay at The Hampton Inn and Suites in Saratoga Springs.

On September 4, Quirk and her guest will be treated to a day at Saratoga Race Course, with lunch provided at the Turf Terrace. The package also includes chauffer service to the concert, which begins at 8 p.m.

The winner will stay at The Hampton Inn and Suites on September 3-4 and also will receive a $150 gift certificate to Prime at Saratoga National.

The runner-up, Kathy Burchfield of Woodstock, N.Y., will receive a $100 gift certificate to the online NYRA Store.
